$80,000/year salary + $20,000/year benefits (PTO, Healthcare, 401K, Therapy, Gym)

1. LMA = Leading & Managing to ensure Accountability
2. Kitchen Efficiency: Control kitchen labor cost & food cost, Inventory (ordering/pars/receiving/invoices), BOH scheduling
3. Training: Coaching BOH team members on shift & address performance issues, Performance evaluations, Provide corrective action plans 
4. Menu/Recipe Improvement
5. Upkeep Standards: Food Safety compliance, Food Quality adherence , Achieving error-free shift
